A flexible lighting fixture that utilizes the material properties of protective covers used to protect furniture and buildings during transportation and construction. When illuminated, the microscopic structure of the foamed polyethylene becomes visible like leaf veins, transforming from an inorganic industrial foam into a living, animate light. Its porous and ultra-lightweight nature allows for easy wall mounting with just a single pushpin. Furthermore, by housing the cords internally, the lighting fixture itself acts as a protective cushioning material and package, minimizing the need for additional boxes or packaging materials during transport.
